建案簡介

Your opportunity to experience the first amber-like residence in the history of architecture
In Taiwan, no less than 22868 people from the upper walks of life have faithfully followed the lead of master architect Huang Yung-Hung in the path of becoming collectors of the finest residence available. To them, each addition to their collection stands for another elevation in their body, mind and soul.
Without a doubt, Huaku’s 2005 project “Majesty”, located in the Rui-an Area of Daan District, is another example of fine architecture that dons a white truffle exterior with the hues of amber. Just like the world renowned amber palace in India, Majesty’s prestigious yet mysterious appearance is often a sight to behold.
Under the façade of white truffle exterior with amber hues, each unit of Majesty is furnished with clear float glass in the living room and amber colored glass in the master bedroom and balcony to create a feeling of depth in terms of interior spatial design with a pleasant ambiance.
Due to the ambient lights that reflect off Majesty’s exterior, the resulting “truffle-like” colors would appear majestic and mysterious, leading one to associate the architecture with various images of grandeur. Featuring contemporary Nordic architectural concepts through the use of asymmetrical recycled wood panels and seemingly random placement of rain awnings on top of its unique deployment of colored glasses and designs, Majesty portrays a brand new feeling of rhythm that is exclusive to contemporary architectures.
